CANCELLATIONS:

Your appointments are very important to Hooked On Beauty Salon.  Appointments are reserved especially for you.  I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes.  Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Hooked On Beauty Salon.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

If you do not contact me to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.

TARDINESS:

  Here at Hooked On Beauty Salon I have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Hooked On Beauty Salon.​

CONFIRMATION EMAIL / TEXT

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text IF YOU SELECT to do so, from my online booking software, Square. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN/ANIMALS:

 For the safety and sanitation of our guests,  Hooked On Beauty Salon does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.

​​**IT IS MY PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF HOOKED ON BEAUTY SALON .
